About Me

Hello! My name is Jana Rae Ryan. I’m a wife, proud mother of three grown children (and two more by marriage), and a lifelong lover of fabric and thread. I learned to sew as a small girl, taught by my mother and grandmother, though the love of textiles runs deep on both sides of my family.

Sewing has been woven into the rhythm of my life for as long as I can remember–what began as a childhood skill has grown into both a creative passion and a heartfelt calling.

Meadowbrook South was born from that legacy. Inspired by generations of makers before me and my love of vintage and antique linens, I create small-batch pillows designed to bring a sense of warmth, story, and timeless beauty into your home.

Each piece is crafted with intention, stitched with care, and made to be lived with and loved.

At this time, we do not offer pre-orders or custom orders. Each of our pillows is uniquely crafted from vintage and antique materials, making every piece one-of-a-kind. We appreciate your understanding!

How should I care for my pillow?

We recommend you spot clean your pillow.
